I have a plane ticket but nothing else for the festival. I am looking for a place to stay Friday and Saturday nights.
Also, I am interested in registering with another woman who would like to take classes at the intermediate or advanced level as both leader and follower.

Just came back from teaching abroad, and by luck, just found out about Antipanico yesterday. Looking for a leader for the intermediate & all-levels classes on Friday and Saturday (was thinking of getting the 2-day pass, but I haven't registered yet, so I'm pretty flexible about the classes & days. I'm mostly just itching to dance again, and I\'m sure I could learn loads from any of the classes, so I'd be happy to try anything I can find a partner for :P).

admittedly, I\'ve only been to a couple milongas in the last couple years (sadly, the tango scene is nonexistent where I work :x), but took classes and danced regularly for 2 years before that. Guessing that lands me somewhere between the refresher/beginner and intermediate levels? I\'m hoping it'll be a bit like riding a bicycle, and that I'll be able to pick it up again quickly :)

Currenty living in Brookings, Oregon but looking for some Tango groups/friends when I come to the Bay Area. I do have a cousin I stay with, but would love to partcipate in Milonga/tango events. I am only a beginner :-( but with plenty of passion! :-)

Looking for a female hotel roommate, from 08/03 to 08/08. If anyone can offer a comfortable room to stay in your place, it would be my preference.

A funny thing happened on the way to the festival,...

You know when you start to feel the excitement build for an event that started as a idea, a musing perhaps?

A simple decision can have the power to create whole new adventures, experiences and connections - the start of something wonderful to explore.

For me I'm looking to finalize my travel plans. Coming from Portland for some non-stop dancing, volunteering, contemplating taking some classes, I'm looking for some fine folks to either partner with, host or share a bit of their space.
